Timid Nature
Moves:
Draco Meteor
Psychic
Tailwind
Protect
He is strong countermeasures against Garchomp .
Gastrodon and Arcanine are adjusted to withstand the Draco Meteor of Latios who have a Life Orb, so this Latios is often combined with Arcanine's Helping Hand.

Ability: Inner Focus
EVs: 4 Def / 252 SpA / 252 Spe
Timid Nature
Moves:
Thunderbolt
Shadow Ball
Volt Switch
Discharge
Strongest Electronic type Pokémon in this rule(just in my opinion lol).Shadow Ball can defeat Latios with Helping Hand.

Adamant Nature

Bullet Punch can defeat 4 Def Mamoswine.
This Scizor can survive Genger's Shadow Ball(Timid) two times and is faster than Latios with Tailwind.

EVs: 252 Atk / 4 Def / 252 Spe
Jolly Nature
Moves :
Bullet Seed
Mach Punch
Spore
Protect
It's an excellent one to conquer Trick Room,Tyranitar,Ludicolo and Electric Types.
I want change nature to Adamant because Modest Heatran(Spe-129) was extinct.

EVs: 204 HP / 44 Atk / 52 Def / 68 SpD / 140 Spe
Jolly Nature
Moves:
Flare Blitz
Snarl
Helping Hand
Morning Sun
Flare Blitz can defeat Def 4 Mamoswine.
This Arcanine can survive Mamoswine's Earthquake(Adamant) and is faster than Mamoswine(Jolly).
I won't forgive him!
Morning Sun is a great countermeasures against Trick Room and Tailwind.
【Gastrodon】

EVs: 164 HP / 52 Def / 220 SpA / 68 SpD / 4 Spe

Earth Power can deal up to 49.7% to 60.3% damage to Tyranitar in Sandstorm(252 HP 4 SpD).
It's can survive Garchomp's Dragon Claw(Jolly) two times and Latios's Draco Meteor(Modest) with Life Orb,so it very effective one for pseudo-legendary.
